i am 20. i have lost feelings on my clittoris.and i am not able to have my orgasm when i masturbate. is it normal and will i be fine? i am really worried

This is not normal. I would recommend seeing your doctor for further evaluation of the situation because there are a number of possibilities for what is causing this. They will try to help you figure out what is going on.
