Yes correct but not for logically correct reasons !
Mind is logical.
Heart is emotional.
Logic evaluates every thing from materialistic values, so it cannot hold 'true love' for Value, because, true love is unconditional, beyond logic(not illogical). Mind drops a project as soon as it becomes logically unviable, unprofitable etc. , so that 'movement' (as you call it)!

The true love is a union between two innermost souls that go though a transcendental moment (like an orgasm). This experimental moment is supernatural beyond all 'emotions', and you feel a special happiness and emotional or spiritual fulfillment.
So real love doesn't take place in the heart or in the mind. True love is an objective experience, not a subjective one as emotions.
It's the best 'logic' answer or it's the natural way that someday you can encounter in your life.
