Yes, I always have some candle or incent burning. In some areas I use those plug in air fresheners. They are good for small rooms, but don't seem to do much for a big room. I have several of those hot plates that I put candles on so that I don't have to always burn them. The best part about those hot plates is that you don't smell the burnt wax like you would after you just blew the candle out.

Arn't you lucky to have a thoughtful brother ?? I suggest hosing down the offensive oder, outdoors of course. LOL
I'd like the email address for that Incent Co.. I use air freshners once in awhile or nothing at all. I used to burn candles but found residue of smoke on things in the area of the burning candle. So I quit that.~~Blessings, jill

I used to until I found out these things are deadly to birds. Their respiratory systems can not take any of these odors, it also causes liver failure in birds. I own a Blue Front Amazon parrot, and his health is far more important than the fragrances.I also live in Florida and have purchased the Sweet Rain incense at the local flea market before, and I agree with you, it is by far the best smelling of any that I had ever used.

I send away for a wonderful simple handmade peppermint essential oil room spray from Dr. Sweet tooth on ebay. It's a lot healthier than supermarket sprays and quite inexpensive ($4.85 for a 4oz bottle). The peppermint is very fresh and clean smelling, not like a candy type peppermint.
I like really girly scents most of the time but my husband and son love this one! You can have it made in about 20 different scents.

i don't burn incense sticks, but i do go a bit doolally on air fresheners (air wick winter collection - vanilla and festive spice...mmmmm) but of course only use these at Christmas time but they really do make your home smell all christmasy, i go mad on these and normally buy 3 at a time!
i also like the ambi pur plug ins,
if have loads of candles, but most are for show, but i do have some scented ones i set up and burn when i cook my hubby a romantic 3 course meal.
it adds beautifully to the atmosphere!

Candles, incense, oils and aroma lamps.
I also like rain, as well as, sea breeze, rain forest, sweetgrass, lavender (light), among others...clean and crisp aromas, can't stand the flowery stuff. Also like Indian incense, such as Nag Champa and the Japanese Shoyeido.
Though nothing beats the naturally inviting smell of country breeze...well depends on which part of the country you're in, he he.
