Yes it does. Sometimes five or 10 minutes after sexual intercourse. Usually feels very watery and drips down the leg.
Right after intercourse, when you SHOULD immediately go pee, it will drip out as a thick white fluid.
Still, use a condom. Less messy and WAY more safe.
