Well, I just have to say I hate Kevin Trudeau and I'm sick of seeing his face on infomercials.

A great book about Natural Health that is actually written by a Medical Doctor and a Certified Nutritionist and not by someone who does infomercials for a living is:

"Prescription for Nutritional Healing" by Phyllis A. Balch. This book is 776 pages long and costs around $25.00 depending on which bookstore you get it from. It is cheaper and much larger than Trudeau's book. It is a fabulous book. It describes each vitamin, mineral, amino acid, herbs, antioxidants, enzymes, and food supplements. Plus describes and provides info on 250 common disorders/diseases. Plus it describes alternative remedies and therapies.

I've used this book for the past 4 years for help with my chronic illnesses. It has given me loads of excellent advice on nutrition and ideas of how to help myself with my disorders in addition to what my M.D. provides me with. It is a wonderful book.

Remember, he's a salesman. He wants you to think he's your friend. He wants in your wallet more than he wants to be your friend.
