Not at all. Don't worry about it - statistically speaking, 1/5 men have either a 3rd nipple or a 3rd testicle - which is quite amazing when you think about it! Anyway, don't worry about it at all - some girls might even find it a turn on.
Also, it depends on the girl you're going to sleep with - if you're going for long term relationship, then she shouldn't mind at all. Some guys consider you lucky!

No it will just give her a bit more to play with !!! The medical people advise against surgery so I would go with them and leave well alone
