Its an old remedy for bruises, sprains, bumps etc. It can be in liquid form in a bottle or as a sort of waxy stick that you rub on. It is used to take swellings down. swollen ankle, that sort of thing. It is very effective and we always keep some in the house

It has beneficial skin healing properties, and I use it in different forms of Witch product. At the moment I have their moisturiser, and the Witch Stick which is brilliant for drying up and healing spots

Every time I have hurt or twisted my ankle I have used it to soothe it and bring out the bruise, I just find that it makes the healing process a bit quicker.

yes and yes to both, it is great for bumps,spains,spots,sunburn, etc i have also got a foam spray face cleanser,and i always keep some in.

i think you soak it in cotton wool and put it on the painfull part of the gum,

Yes I know what it is, someone recommended me to use it after giving birth ... you know to help the stitches
