i cant hear the lyrics well, but i've got some clues.
during the chorus, there's one line
"now that we've come this far"
and then almost the end, they sing "rock on" several times.

Possibly "Undeniable" by Mat Kearney; "Where I Stand" by Raheem DeVaughn; "Where do we go from Here?" by Cliff Richards. I think you're best bet is Mat Kearney.
