caramel coffee sounds lush! so not a waste
for me it would have to be all the 'refreshment' I had last night which is now giving me a banging headache and some slightly humiliating memories...

If your coffee was that good, it didn't go to waste, trust me. But to answer your question, I bought some $6.00 Advil PM to help me go to sleep tonight, but I'm still here in P&S. Now that's a waste.
