1.Can we add other brand name with our domain??
for eg www.i-love-ebay.com "Is it a crime"

2. I have lot of ideas which I want to implement in web world.But I am not sure about the legal issues.
How will i check whether my ideas are leagal?

The internet just like all the rest of the world is subject to Trademark and Copyright laws. Using any trademarked name in your domain will get you sued as will coping others material with out proper permissions.

You can search for the laws, or you can hire an attorney before you proceed. Either way you have to do your homework.

I can't nor can anyone else answer your question until we know your ideas and you don't want to share those without confidentiality being a condition!

I too supports tracy for the 2 answer.

But for the first, I dont think that its illegal to have another brand in our domain.

for example

http://www.microsoft-watch.com/

www.nike.com/
www.nikemashup.com/

The only thing I feel is you must not use your site to attract their costumers / do business with their brand, as they thinks that its the authorised person.
