Very ripe, cold, juicy, fresh nectarines!
If you happen to have access to an abundence of free nectarines, peel, slice and freeze. At a later date, put the frozen nectarines into a food processer with some sugar and you have yourself a delicious desert or topping for waffles, French toast and pancakes!
(The same thing can be done with peaches, of course! Freestone peaches can be frozen whole, skin and all. When you are ready to use them, simply run hot water over the peach and the skin comes right off with hardly any effort at all!)

I quite have eaten the two peaches and nectarines, yet as quickly as I had to compliment, i might choose peaches because of the fact of their fuzziness. i don't think of that nectarines are as juicy as peaches.
