Lou Lamouriello: Arguable the Best GM in the Game
Brent Sutter: Well he was a legend back in the Days, and was Probably the best coach in the minors!
Larry Robinson: Former Canadiens legend and cup winner, and coached a stanley cup winning team in NJ
John MaClean: He Had a Great Chance in taking over as head coach for the Devils, I Think can Coach better than Sutter!
Jaques Laperier: Former Star in the NHL and What a great help he is for MaClean!
Jaques Corron: Hes been the Devils Goaltendin Coach since before 1995, and yes Goaltending coach meaning he coached Martin Brodeur into being a Legend!

This is a tough question to answer because 'coaching' is different things to different people, and what constitutes a coaching staff is different things to different people.
First of all, Devils4history..........the Devil's goaltending coach is Jacques Caron

To the Carolina Hurricanes, the coaching staff includes every coach in the system including scouts. To Tampa Bay, it only includes the parent team (based on the names inscribed on the cup).
Year in and year out, the Detroit Red Wings get the most out of their players, so to me, that is the best coaching staff.

Tom Renney (he really cares about his players He preaches TEAM play something the rangers have been without for a long time. Every year he takes the team to West Point so that they can do bonding excercises together.)

Gotta be Detroit! Hands down the best organization in the league. Every year they have a competitive team and are always on top or near the top.
