I live on my own, so quite often I get bored with my own company.
When the family were all at home, I used to crave for some time to myself. Now I look forward to their visits, with the grandchildren, and get sad when it's time for them to go home.
But when you are younger,yes, if you can manage to take some time out, it gives you a boost to get back to reality!

Sure, since one Year, i had no holiday because i bought
a new house..that has eaten a lot of time and money...before
I travelled 4 times each year...but i hope that i ll have time
in a few months ....to travell again...to read..to make music..C.

Although I was born in Manchester, I left when I was little. I grew up in remote Africa and enjoyed spending my time checking out the flora and fauna, watching all the little bugs going about their business and just chilling and thinking, I miss it

All the time, and now i try and get it, in the past having nothing but work, stress, family, bills i thought where do i do something just for me, so now i do, come what may.

I live alone (have my sister staying with me this week but she goes home on Monday) so I can have as much 'me' time as I like.

It is relative - 'me' time is reqd for ppl those dont get and those who have plenty then dont want it. But trust me to gain sanity back--every one must have "ME" time to recover. If u dont have --make sure u have it.

I am lucky that I get some "me time" my husband appreciates that I need it to stay sane.
