what do these mean....( LD II ) .....( T/A)

I'm not sure about LD ll, but I think the T/A means "trading as," which is used when a group's trading name is different from its actual name. The only thing I could find is this group - http://www.amanaliving.com.au/contactus/. I imagine there is a connection, as the t/a applies to this group - Anglican Homes Inc (T/A Amana Living)
