Almost every chemist or druggist in any part of Andhra Pradesh will have Aspirin. Since you need it for blood thinning i.e. for cardiac condition, you require a very small dose i.e. 150 mg equivalent to 5 grains.
Go to any chemist/druggist or rural pharmacy (if you happen to be in a rural area) ask for whatever aspirin preparations they have. Common ones that you will get even in a grocery shop in many parts of Andhra Pradesh is - Aspro!
Check the contents - it should have Acetyl Salicylic Acid. If that is there, then that is the tablet you want to take. Usually, these are tablets of 300, 320 or 350 mg. You require only half of this to be taken everyday. Remember to take it after meals to ensure that there is no gastric irritation (occurs in a small number of people).

Is not there any medicine shop in Andhra Pradesh !!
The existing 350 mg Disprin tablets which was aspirin based has been replaced with paracetamol based Disprin Plus which is a 500 mg over-the counter (OTC) tablet for pain relief.
According to company officials it is a new brand initiative by Reckitt and the company plans to extend to other therapeutic segments. The company is extending its painkiller brand, Disprin to specialty segments like cardiovascular with prescription drug, Dispirin CV.
Priced at 14 paise the tablet is expected to hit the market in September. The officials went to explain that Dispirin (350 mg aspirin) has been promoted by Reckitt for pain relief which is not not recommended for cardiovascular and other uses and hence the launch of Dispirin CV.
However, Colsprin (100 mg aspirin) which is also a cardiovascular drug may have an overlap with Dispirin CV, the officials said.
