i got hayfever and it is really bad now does anyone know how i can make it better.

Take fresh, freeze-dried nettle capsules. They work like a miracle, trust me. Do a search online for Eclectic Institute (i think they're on the West coast somewhere) and order it - not too expensive. But it HAS to be the fresh, freeze dried.

most allergies are caused by the local pollen. eat a spoonful a day of the local honey will cure your symtoms because it's made from the local pollen
