I have the nerve damage in my knee. I feel off the back of the boat in our field and landed on my knee. It's been months and the littlest amount of pressure on the knee just about takes my head off with pain. It's horrible.

I'm not sure there's anything you can do for you problem...

I had a problem some what like that as I had landed on both elboes amd if you applied pressure on them ther was much pain. I kept the pressue off them for a long time and it got better. But if I hurt them in any way it was back to sq one. Try not to agravate the knucks and see if it gets better.

If it's nerve damage it will take many years to heal depending on the amount maybe never.

Unless, new medicines from stem cell and cloning happen to speed up the cell renewing of nerves become available no nothing can heal it.

Your Doctor was right. There is nothing to do but don't do the things that cause you pain.

well....usally when a doctor says it...IT IS TRUE, if i would guess, it is because you #&%$ed up the nerves in your hand...and when you apply pressure, the nervers act wrong and "pinch" or "pains"......

There used to be an old saying, "I cried because I had no shoes, but then I met a man that had no feet"...
