absolutely
the only thing i would recommend is to get at least 6 bleeding tetras since they're schooling fish

this would not paintings. the tiger barbs might nip the angelfish, and a pair of pictus catfish is merely too many for a 29 gallon tank. the two swordtails might decide to be the two the two women or a male woman pair, because of the fact 2 men might combat. and in case you will have angels, in case you have 2 identity advise no different fish. additionally, dont positioned your tiger barbs in communities any much less then 5 (identity reccomend plenty greater) or they'll nip each fish, no longer basically ones with long fins. is advise a million) 2 angelfish, thats it 2) 8 tiger barbs and a pictus 3) 3 swordtails and six tiger barbs yet there are so plenty greater recommendations as nicely. stable luck!

Dojo loaches really grow too large for a 29g and prefer lower temperatures than the others.
Khulis are happier in larger groups of 5+.
Bleeding hearts also need to be in larger groups and I would go for at least 6.
These fish could live together for a while but this mix would not allow the fish to be in optimum conditions.

yes that wll be great but get more than 4 bleeding hearts at least 8

your other fish should be ok but watch out for your tetras they like to run the other fish around cause they're mostley want to run the tank and nip at them,but far as that it should be ok..good luck
