To my boys that i lost
A month ago today
cant believe its been a month already
cos it still feels like yesterday
I want you both to know
I think of you each day
If only things were different
You'd still be growing in me today
I failed as your mother
I didnt keep you safe
I didnt even get to see
Your precious little face
I miss you boys oh so much
I wish you'd been here to stay
I hope you boys can forgive me
for losing you that day

It's sad to be honest with you.Don't beat yourself up about it.I know from experience I lost my son Jan of this yr at 21 weeks running my mouth at work and fell down some stairs.When I woke up they had already talked to my mom and gave me a d&c because they said I ripped my placenta and I would get the worse infection of my life if he stayed in there.Very,VeRY PAINFUL!I know,it eats your heart and mind.And oh God the dreams I have had.I'm TTC right now and can't although my doctor said my test came back normal Thurs,I'm very fertile,because of the d&c she thinks I have develope scar tissue on my uteran walls.So I know Ms.Lady,e mail me anytime.But for now you stop that.You have two guardian angels.

I love your poem and I would like you to read this one and take it into account when you feel like you are to blame....that is not the case as you have gone to great lengths to have your babies and I am sure you went to great lengths to do what was best for them.
What Makes A Mother?
I thought of you and closed my eyes
and prayed to God today
I asked "What makes a Mother?"
and I know I heard Him say
"A Mother has a baby"
This we know is true
"But, God, can you be a Mother
When your baby's not with you?"
"Yes, you can" He replied
With confidence in His voice
"I give many women babies
When they leave is not their choice
Some I send for a lifetime
And others for a day
And some I send to feel your womb
But there's no need to stay"
"I just don't understand this, God
I want my baby here"
He took a breath and cleared His throat
And then I saw a tear
"I wish that I could show you
What your child is doing today
If you could see your child smile
With other children and say
'We go to Earth to learn our lessons
Of love and life and fear
My Mommy loved me oh so much
I got to come straight here.
I feel so lucky to have a Mom
Who had so much love for me
I learned my lesson very quickly
My Mommy set me free
I miss my Mommy oh so much
But I visit her each day
When she goes to sleep
On her pillow's where I lay
I stroke her hair and kiss her cheek
And whisper in her ear
Mommy, don't be sad today
I'm your baby and I'm here'
"So you see my dear sweet one
Your children are okay
Your babies are in My home
And this is where they'll stay
They'll wait for you with Me
Until our lesson is through
And on the day that you come home
They'll be at the gates for you
So now you see what makes a Mother
It's the feeling in your heart
It's the love you had so much of
Right from the very start
Though some on Earth may not realize
you are a Mother
Until their time is done
They'll be up here with Me one day
And know you're the best one!"

I am so sorry for your loss. It's natural for us to protect, cherish, and fall in love with our children, and also when the worst happens to feel guilty... but, honey that wasn't your fault! You didn't choose for this to happen or do anything to harm those babies. Please don't feel like you failed. Your Poem is beautiful and touched my heart. I couldn't imagin what you are going thru and Again I am so sorry and my heart is with you!

I think it's a very personal letter that clearly means alot to you.
If its helping you through your grieving process then it's perfect.
