I hate to say this but your grammar is terrible, i get so irritated by people not using spell check. its just a simple click of a button on the top right hand corner.
To answer your question you can either look on the itunes website for there troubleshooting articles.

Download Itunes from the apple website (at bottom of page), You also need to download songs so you can do this legally from Itunes (once its set up) or you can use a facility such as limewire (free) - but Im sure you know about downloading songs - just in case you didnt. Anyway good luck.

Hello Jack,
You should be able to get an online Users Manual at the Apple site:
http://store.apple.com/Apple/WebObjects/ukstore?family=iPodshuffle&cid=OAS-EMEA-KWG-UK_iPod-UK&aosid=p202&esvt=GOUKP100781690&esvadt=999999-0-1013445-1&esvid=100583
Click 'Support', halfway down the new page click 'Manuals', then eneter the shuffle model you have and add the word 'manual' in the search box.
This should provide you with the manual for your iPod model.
