After you put toothpaste on your toothbrush do you run it under the water for a few seconds, or....?

Run it under the water, I don't like the taste of toothpaste if it's not.

2. Add toothpaste to toothbrush
3. Wet toothbrush again.
4. Dip toothbrush in baking soda.
5. Brush teeth for at least 3 minutes.
6. Rinse mouth.
7. Rinse toothbrush.
8. Rinse mouth once more with mouthwash.
9. Done

I run the toothbrush in water first than put toothpaste then put it in my mouth.

For some reason, I ALWAYS run my toothbrush under the water after I put the toothpaste on it! Can someone please explain the logic of that?

This is my procedure:
1. Wet toothbrush
2. Put on toothpaste
3. Wet toothbrush a little again
4. Put it in my mouth and BRUSH! =D

specific, so as that when i began out brushing my tooth, you will sense liquidy and not dry (which isn't delicate while brushing and sticky!)... this is why I placed the toothpaste in the toothbrush in a water before making use of it!
