Crazy women last week. Crazy dudes this week.
Tell him. I meditate for like 15mins, but that never stopped the lovin'. Sounds harsh, but if he doesn't give you a good answer kick him while he's meditating and verbally scrap.
If he's in a situation that requires all that meditation, figure how to calm the load or what you're gonna do afterward.

Why don't you sit with him? Did you know he was like this before you married him? Spiritual people are wonderful people. Everybody needs some me time. If meditation works then fine. Find something you like to do and engage in that. Think of it this way if it relieves Stress then let him have it it only a short time throughout the day. It's better that he relieves his stress, work related issues through meditation than on you.

So that you don't get affected isn't working is it? You have every right to ask him about the changes in your relationship. There are very important questions about his Spiritual path. Do you have any way of talking to his guru and get some of your questions answered. You have to get a handle on whats going on, and his guru should have no problem in talking to you, and if he doesn't then you have a quack. The spiritual path your husband is on should not be that hard to explain to you if he truly is working with a legitimate spiritual guide.

Wow. He's not "neglecting" you. Sounds like you're just insecure. You should have understood his spirituality before the marriage. His meditation is for a reason. You might want to talk to him about it so you can understand it. From what I'm gathering from your question, you're not "spiritual". Ask him to help you understand what he believes and why he does what he does.

Yes, it sounds normal, if you are doing "Transcendental Meditation". It was initiated by a "guru" in the '60's, and I still do it and I will Never Give Up my mantra!

I believe this is a healthy ritual for him that lets him unwind and gain composure, but if he is neglecting you in the process then there's a problem. Try talking to him or ask him if you can join him, he would prob love your interest and he can be your teacher ;) good luck!

Sounds like he wants to play major league baseball. Maybe you could help him by playing catch once in a while.
