How and why did it become "the best" ?

You are a really good mom...would have to be the one I love the most! I think it was the best...because it came from my mother-in-law! =D

Most likely many people telling me that I am "multi-talented", simply because all the time I get compliments on my physical appearance and there obviously is no identity in that really.
The most important characteristics of a person is on the inside, and it's imperative that one DOES something with any or all the talents they were given for self-expression. Also for self-development. When one express themselves, they give to other's in a positive way. Using one's talents makes the world go round and we all have them :-)

That I was a beautiful person and an angel on earth..that's what a friend said to me after I helped him with something big. I like helping people and I don't think I need a lot of praise, but it was nice to be held in such high acclaim.

You gave me more than money can buy. You gave me love, values, safety, happiness, a love of life and my fellow man. You gave me so much that a simple thank you would never be enough. But thank you Mum I hope I will always make you proud of me. This was said to me by my 20 year old son when he went away to university. And I am proud and always will be.

You did everything you could do for our Husband. You took great care of him the last few weeks he had left.
This was from a Hospice Caregiver. When my Husband died of cancer, at the cemetery I felt like I was abandoning him and I would be letting him down.
I had always been able to find a solution to anything until this.

Was going to skip this one, but decided not to.
When my Mom thanked me for giving her another few years of life, she got to hold another grandchild in her arms.
I made a choice to leave my life behind me and move in with her. I was at work, and usually had gone back to the unit before I leave for the day, just in case they needed help ( in an alzheimers unit) , but went home instead. I found my mom calling for me, just barely, she had taken her insulin and hadn't eaten. She had fallin and was trapped. I have to stop there,,, feels like yesterday to me. Very sad to say, she didn't get to see the first great grandchild. Damn I miss her............
