im a freshman ( turning 15 in june). not so far from my high school, there's a japanese bakery. in it, there's a japanese baker. he looks to be about in his early or mid twenties. i went into the bakery the other day after school. i got my food and just sat down and stared at him when he wasn't looking. i like him. i think he's cute. i like how he speaks english with a slight japanese accent. i can't stop thinking about him. he's japanese but im chinese. what do i say the next time i go there?

Come on, that`s not complicated at all!
The only problem I can see is the ETHNICITY issue. Your parents might NOT agree, not just because of the age gap between both of you, but also the language difference.....you`ll probably never be able to learn Japanese fluently!!!
If you can surpass these at 15, which I`d be astonished to learn from you anway, then perhaps you have an excellent chance with him.
These love sort of things haven`t changed in a long time!!!

He prolly wont go for you because he is too much older. Your parents find out that you had any sexual contact with him and you could get your new crush some jail time.
Just talk to him and ask him questions. Get to know him, you may find out that he is really not worth your time. Cuteness is only a outershell.
