I heard the name Jazzlyn in an Australian movie called "Occasional Course Language". The star that played her was named Astrid, which I also liked. (I try and read all the credits at the end of movies for more name ideas). I thought she had a fantastic role in that movie, and I thought that Jazz could be her nickname. Plus my name is Jacqueline, so it starts with the same letter, and has the same kind of sound. Plus there are lots of spelling variations. Jazlyn / Jazzlyn / Jazline / Jazzline / Jazlean / Jazleane / Jazleen / Jazlin. Plus it can also be extended to Jazzlyna / Jazleanah / Jazzlynne / Jazzlynna etc. I prefer Jazzlyn though for the spelling and pronunciation.

Jasmine is pretty, but i like Jazzlyn (spelled just Jazlyn, though,so it doesn't sound so "trendy"). Jazz is a cute nickname. How about Jazzlyn / Jazlyn Astrid? i think the names sound pretty together.

Defiantly Jasmine!, Jazzlyn looks like a trendy porn star name! Its also shaping up to be a favorite among the Maury show baby mommas. :/

Jasmine Lily (maybe a bit too floral)

Jasmine. While I've certainly heard Jazzlyn, it is awfully trendy and not very sophisticated. Your daughter can grow into Jasmine, and that's important to consider.

And you can call your little Jasmine "Jazzy" as a nickname. I've heard that plenty of times.

I like both of them but you have to think about the little things in life like getting your child something with their name on it, most things wont have the Jazzlyn spelling. This is a really hard decision but If it was me with the name I would probably want Jazzlyn just because my name is Jessica and everyone seems to have this name, with this spelling. So, enough of my rambling. Good luck with your decision.
