You would have had to been born yesterday if you think I mean via use of an aeronautical device.

And, perhaps you could be a bit more imaginative than to think wings would be necessary.

no a chance...
our bones are too massive and heavy..
we would have to grow wings 50 or more feet across
and i wouldnt bet the farm on that happening

If man found an evolutionary advantage in flying, and if we didn't need our dextrous hands for typing, it is possible that in a few million years we could evolve wings.
We would be crap at typing though.

If you mean growing wings? Probably never. But besides that we use airplanes, jets, balloons etc... So we really are set.
