Accounting is the simple answer to your question.

However, here are some other points to consider.
1) does the company have an education program that helps pay for some of your education IF it is directly related to your job?

2) get your current job description and look at the career path in the company...what would be the next higher position you could advance to...and get that job description.

2) get the catalog of community college or university nearby and look at the accounting program. community colleges may offer a certificate in accounting and/or an AA degree. Look carefully at the courses required and see how they fit with your job. The key questions are: A) would taking the course qualify you for the job you already have? B) If not, would the course improve your ability to do the job you already have? and C) would the course qualify you for a new job. (This is where you match up the company's job descriptions with the courses.)

3) Consider the tax implications of your job related education expenses. Learn more about this at http://www.irs.gov/publications/p970/

4) Talk with you boss and the Human resources folks about your education plans and what that might mean to you for pay raises and / or promotions.

Well, looks like you have a big homework assignment...so I'd better stop for now. Hope this helps...best wishes in pursuing your goals.
