You can't go around hitting your woman even if she did hit you first.

I think you should get your things in order because it sounds like you are going to go to jail for a while...

Hey guy, you failed to acknowledge one thing.
Ask yourself what is a Man?
How is a Man to approach a situation like what you've encountered. You don't hit her. Your sronger than her and if you use good judgement you would've executed the proper sequence to dissolve the argument or eother leave the premisses.

You really need to take control of your anger and use better judgement next time.

Even though, she may have hit you first, your still wrong in the eyes of human relations and you will have to live with what you have done.

Well, I'd say get another girl. Leave this one along. She's trouble. Take it from high experience, The courts look down on a man period. The courts will take sides with a women most everytime. Save yourself a lot of wasted jail time, and money. Move on, and quick.

Hello,,Man these women nowadays. They got bigger "balls" then a lot of men. You can't beat them and you can't live with them. You gotta fight back. But be careful not to hit them first, and don't let a little bitchslap put you over the edge. They gotta do some damage so the policemans can see the blood of you.

details not quite clear but if you broke her arm - it's assault, not battery. Not sure if you're claiming she made the first attack but you don't say how or with what - cudda been a knife, cudda been a feather duster. It's easy enough to verify if someone's been in a hospital or not and reasons for being there, your story doesn't ring true.

Anyway, what's your question?

Excuse you but if the court found you not guilty what are you asking this question for, for someone to defend or justify your actions or hers? No one can do so.

if youve been found not guilty, it's time to let the chick go before she pushes your buttons to the point wherethe police get called again and you might not be so lucky next time.

been there myself!

One of the biggest weapons that helps prevent domestic violence is education.... you should try it.... if nothing else maybe it will teach you how to speak and spell

If she posed a threat to your life, then you would have to defend yourself.......but you also need to make a police report in order to prove that she attacked you as well.
