I live in New Zealand and I am no more upside down than you are. The earth is a sphere and there is no top of bottom on a sphere. The gravity of the earth pulls everything towards its centre and that is why I dont fall off the earth (from your perspective) and you dont fall off the earth (from my perspective)

The reason why it may seem that people in New Zealand should be falling off the earth is because you (and everyone else) are used to seeing New Zealand at the bottom of the map of globe, but that is only because of the people that made the map in the first place. Because they were in the northern hemisphere, they made oriented the maps so that north was pointing upwards and south downwards.
Yet is would still be correct to turn a map upside down and call it an alternative world map, then you would see that New Zealand is now at the top.
Back to gravity. Everything has gravity, a piece of paper, a mack truck, dirt etc etc, so everything is really getting pulled closer to each other. The more matter something has, the more powerful the gravity is. Basically.

How old did you say you are?
Simply put, up and down in space has no meaning. The only orientation that counts is with respect to the earth surface. Of course, everyone knows that the earth is flat, so the people in New Zealand are on the underside of the flat earth.

If a guy or woman stands on their head, they sense like they are the different way up. yet all joking aside, gravity and the indoors ear are what reasons a guy or woman to sense like they are actually not the different way up, no count the place they are in the international. it is likewise necessary for the physique's stability. it particularly is why you do not fall over while you stand or walk.

gravity is the same no matter where you are on earth. and up is away from the center of the earth and down is toward the center of the earth, again no matter where you are on earth.
