Time to leave. Once it gets physical, there's no need to waste any more time on your marriage. One of you will end of killing somebody.

The court found you not guilty? OK. Now you need to walk away from this relationship. It is unhealthy for both of you. Unless you can get counseling and work really, really hard at it, it is best if you stop the relationship right now. Also, frankly, I think you should get some more education: I think it will help you understand a lot of things in life, not just this relationship.
