Go to this magnet place online. Buy two huge magnets. One goes on the floor. One is hung about 3 feet above the one on the floor. Lay back on the one on the floor and the top magnet will pull you into suspenion between the two magnets. There you have it.

I do it ounce in awhile, but it happens so fast i dont know i'm doing it until i fall out of it, about 3 ft. high.Kown to be done when i'm stress out the most.First lay down and relax.
