I supposedly have 'high-speed connection' through my cable company.

I'd have to call my son to find out about the rest, lol

Almost impossible that I have a virus--my son put so many spy and anti-virus things on here--that I can't even get to some sites that I'd like to.

Could be multiple reasons. Are you on dial up or broadband? Wireless?

Is your processer slow or fast? ie Pentium3

Do you have enough memory to be running all of the programs? (AKA Ram)

You might possible have a virus. Download spyseeper for free and check if you have any malware or other malicious virus's.

Hopefully this will give you some suggestions.

My dear it is that so many of us do not have lives and it is Saturday dinner time over here so we are quiet.
Our Friday night's I do have a life and was incoherent and brain dead by the time I got home.

♫ Home alone, naturally ♫
