At 13 your parents may not permit you to have this party. However, if they do proceed with caution. Hooters has a personality of it's own and you may want to observe the etiquette of the club before you do anything. As a young man you will have many years ahead of you to go to Hooters if you wish to. When I was younger I remember 13 year old girls to be very attractive. A party with 13 year olds will help so when you are in a Hooters situation you will know what to do. Experience the joy of being 13 you will be a man soon enough.

The 2 Hooters in Atlantic City are great. The one in Conshohocken,Pa. has the worse waitresses........they don't serve you until you ask the manager to have the waitresses come over............its happened twice to us.

Tell them they have the best wings. Problem though is having other parents buy into it too. A lot of parents are prude and don't want their kids in that kind of establishment.

I don't think your mom will like that ideal at all,she'll probabley want you to have a "pre-teen" b-day party.And hooters is not preteen I think you have to be 18+ to go there but idk.

idk if your friends would wana go for the ladies or the food or what but usually the ladies treat you nice before the age of 18, then they start playin games after 18.
