Ok IF and thats a big IF,if the Patriots go to the superbowl and win the superbowl without Vinateri, would that make Brady one of the greatest quarterbacks EVER in the NFL.The reason why i say "ever" is because the way the media talks about him. They are saying that he might be one of the best quarterbacks ever.So what do you think about Brady being one of the greatest QB's if he can win the superbowl without a little help from Vinateri?

And NO! im not saying that the kicker is the most important player on the team but the KICKER was the most valuable to the Patriots.Vinateri saved Brady 2 out of 3 times and his field goal kept the Eagles from winning.

i dont think tom brady is that good. the only reason ppl like him is because the players around him make him look good. hes always had a good RB and at least one good WR. if he didnt have them he would suck it up.

Yeah as much as Tom Brady gets all the media, I sitll think he is just a little under rated because the guy know how to throw the ball. He knows the the mechanics and always hits his man, you havent heard on ESPN, "Tom Brady not at his best". Peyton is also one of the best Quaterbacks but Brady knows how to get it done and how to win. So does Manning but I have a feeling that the Patriots will be seeing a Superbowl ring this year.

I'm no Patriots fan (I pretty much despise all things Boston), but if Tom Brady never goes to another Super Bowl again, he's still one of the greatest quarterbacks ever. Set aside stats and you have a guy who knows how to win, pure and simple; and that's what the NFL is all about.

Football, as you know, is a team sport. The QB always gets to much credit and to much blame. Tom Brady is a great QB already, under pressure when the chips are down he comes to play. Manning and Brady, as was already said, are hall of fame QBs waiting to retire. I understand they are both planning on retiring the year before Favre. LOL

He is already one of the best QBs in history...His 3 Super Bowl rings show that...He is ahead of Peyton Manning...and unless Manning wins a couple more, he won't ever pass Brady on the list of best in history...but they are both already in the top 10...

Brady already is one of the best ever. If they win another SB, he will be THE best ever.

He would already be the best ever had he not failed to get a first down late in the game against Indy last year.

You act like the Kicker is the most important player on the team. They are not.

W/o Vinateri, just a average team. No superbowl this year!

How good are Brady and (while we're talking about it) Manning???? Let me put it this way......both of them could retire tomorrow and 5 years from now would be first ballot hall of famers.....
