can you catch all the regis in d/p?

is there any possible way to catch all the regis in d/p? i really need them to beat up coming trainers and the elite4.

You can't catch the regis in the wild. You can trade for them however before obtaining the national pokedex.

No you cant catch the regis in d/p you need to miagrate them
