You may not like my answer. Firstly you have to have aliens. I presume you mean extraterrestrial aliens. The probability that such beings are visiting Earth is so low that it cannot be understated.
Secondly you need to assume that such beings, having traveled possibly hundreds, thousands or many more light years to get here, probably at considerable expenditure of resources, then mess about in remote areas and abduct the occasional human for one reason or another. Why would they not land at any one of the thousands of larger towns and cities around the world and announce their presence?
The first reports of unidentified flying objects supposedly carrying extraterrestrial visitors go back to the 1940s if not rather before. Abductions of people by these beings is alleged to have been going on for twenty or more years. Yet there is no irrefutable evidence in any case at all.
After sixty or more years of study of humans using whatever technologies are available to them, they still have to scurry around by night and in remote places?
Most reports of unidentified flying objects have been rather easily explained by things including known civil and military flights, meteors, meteorites, the planet Venus, unusual weather conditions which are known to weather experts but rarely seen and unheard of by the public in general. Of the remainder, ignorance, illusion, delusion, hallucination and fraud cannot be disregarded as explanations.
Explaining unusual things in the sky by saying they are used by extraterrestrial aliens is to grab at the least likely explanation.
In the case of one woman who claimed to have been abducted on an almost nightly basis, someone commented that it was a wonder that her neighbours did not notice.
The burn on your arm is almost certainly due to some other cause.

I've been grabbed, but I've never had a radiation burn from it or I would help you out.
