i knew him whe i was in 2nd grade and he kind of follow me around, so i was wondering why?

You knew him in the second grade? Does that mean you no longer knows who he is?? Just smile and say Hello, its not that big of a deal, he simply recognized you and wanted you to say hello.

well thats ok as long as you are close to the same age cause
he might have taken a like to you. but if he,s to much older
than don,t make contact. just to be on safe side until you know more about him and his intentions

give him a weird look or say "HI!" really confidentally. it might make him get weirded out enough to stop, christ, the guy probably has no self-confidence anyway.

ummm duh, he likes you. or else he has no friends and doesn't want to look like a loner. if it's pissing you off really badly when he follows you, then the next time you see him, glare him down. when he asks if you're angry, tell him yes. when he asks why, tell him to figure it out. trust me, he'll never figure it out or bug you if you keep it up for long enough.

I'd have to say he is really weird -OR - he sees you and while you seem familiar ... he just can't quite realize why. so he stares.
