I just got a new virgin mobile phone. I get terable service. I can never get a strong signal. I hate it. I want to deactivate it and switch to another service. Do I need to do anything or do I just let the time expire and don't top up again.

just let it expire, unless you have it set up to deduct automatically, then just remove your credit card info from your account and let it expire. there's no termination fee or anything.
