No money at all?
You could go to a park. Go for a walk. You could get a tour of your local library or bank. Make a cake from pantry items like beans and rice and dry milk and jello and Ramen. You could wrap up old gifts or other items around the house like silverware in newspaper and open them up. Do you have any pets? If you had cats, you could have a cat circus. Get them little top hats and stuff, and a little stage where they could balance. That would be really cute.

Take the advice of a Long Term Single Parent (who raised two disabled children on her own) ...
I would take a box of cake mix from my pantry, make myself a cake and frost it ... doesn't matter what it looks like ..
Take the time to find a FEW MINUTES to yourself ... draw a Hot Bath, put in some scented Bath Salts/Bath Bubbles, and SOAK!
SIT DOWN ... let the dishes and washing and everything go for a day ...
Go outside and ENJOY Nature at its finest ... birds, deer, trees, plants, etc.
FIND a place where you can attend for free ... Whether it is the local park, the zoo, the museum or any other place and DO take your camera with you -- after all, look for the Unique, Unusual, and yes, TAKE the images .. have fun doing it and do NOT take photos that most people would ... EXPERIMENT with your camera.
READ a good book that you checked out from the library .. or view a DVD you checked out from there too!
DANCE to your favorite CD (in your own room of course) or sing along ... and it does NOT matter how you sound .. just ENJOY the moment!
Send yourself a "Happy Birthday" E-Message ... from one of those absolutely funny e-cards sites ... IT will be a laugh for sure.

What I do, is go to a party place, and I usually get all of my money back and more, From my friends gifts, lol. But I think you should have a sleep over, you have to spend some money, but not that much, just party favors. Have a movie night. You will have to spend some money, but not that much, your friends will bring you gifts too. =) Good Luck.
