I think the largest food importer in Singapore is NTUC Fairprice, which is a co-operative, and therefore not traded publicly.

Singapore has a highly developed retail sector, with sales of food, beverages and tobacco worth around an estimated US$7.4bn in 2006. Supermarket sales accounted for over 50% of the total. The largest supermarket chain is the local NTUC Fairprice Co-operative group, with a market share of around 20% of sales
