You could work from home but advertise your tutoring skills in the paper. Some papers offer a free section to do things like that. That way you wouldn't have to pay for advertisement and marketing but you would still capitalize and make profit from your clients. Otherwise, you could turn your house into a counseling office (if you feel comfortable and have a degree, but I wouldn't recommend it cause then people would know where u live). I guess what I'm saying is...you can do counseling from home over the phone too. You can start an advice line and advertise that or you could start a counseling line. Good luck with whatever you do. You could also start an advice column in the newspaper or a website online and offer advice or counseling all over the world.
