i want to pay a friend of mine in a dare to eat a raw boneless chicken breast i am going to leave out for a day in the heat. the question is how bad could this end and will i be held liable? remember i am paying him $25 for this so take that into consideration

OMG. $25.00 for your friend to risk catching salmonella or some other life threatening disease? I'd hate to see what you do to your enemies. Why not save yourself the bucks, leave the chicken out for 48 hours in the heat, then eat it yourself to see if there are any ill effects. There's nothing like first hand experience. Don't forget to videotape the after effects. =)

Your friend could die from botulism, salmonella or any of a few more nasty illnesses. If I were you, I would find some other hobby. Don't do this to a "friend" or even an enemy. If he dies, you go to jail for manslaughter (at least) or attempted murder because you are asking what could happen if you do this.~
