It changes the pH of the vagina so you can experience irritation, itching and/or dryness.
The vagina is self-cleaning and douching is an old school of thought. My mother did it, but never taught me. Every doctor that has ever asked me if I do, said GOOD Don't start when I told them I don't do it.

so not a good idea...infections and all that kind of thing is what you get I strongly advise against it!
