I cant' believe that people writing stories and organizations publishing them can be so blatent in regards to what people say: http://news.yahoo.com/s/nm/20070921/wl_nm/safrica_mandela_bush_dc

When President Bush said Mandella is dead - Saddam killed all the Mandella's - he meant that there was no one in Iraq to lead the people the way Mandella did in South Africa -

We are lucky that Mandella was not killed and only jailed - where he could survive and go on to lead a peacful revolution - Saddam killed anyone who was against him so there is no one "like Mandella" to lead the Iraq people.

I wish journalists would improve what they do - I feel embarrassed for those who write articles - with the purpose of hurting someone rather than reporting real truth and news.

Well, yeah, don't we all.
Your best defense is to stop reading their words. Their words are no good if no one reads them.

Get a load of this: they actually DO believe their own words and opinions, and feel that the general public is too stupid to catch any mistakes in reporting (as in the wrong "facts"). I agree wholeheartedly with "enn". You can do as I did untold numbers of years ago. You can stop reading them and paying their way through life and you're life will become so much more enjoyable. Also, you can go to www.MediaResearchCenter.org (aka: www.MRC.org) and you will find a whole industry devoted to "calling on the carpet" all the "news" media and their incredibly pathetic journalism and "reporting" and you'll revel in being with people who have focused and exposed the media for all you find distasteful, and more. Check it out. You'll be glad you did. God Bless you.

These days competition to be the first to report 'breaking news' is so fierce that the media are subject to reporting the wrong things. It's very sad. But the general audience demands news on the spot, so in a way we are to blame. It's best to find a news source that doesn't have the overhead to cover like the major media outlets have.
