Worst- groin, especially if you're not wearing a cup. Next, the middle of the chest. I got hit there once and it stung like a mother... actually hurt for a day and left a welt that didn't disappear for a week.

Yes it can depending on a few things. The most important thing to worry about is that the guns you will be playing with/against are chronographed (radar gun for the speed of a paintball measured in FPS). Most outdoors feilds allow anything under 300 and indoor somewhere around 250. If the speed of the paintball isn't checked for every gun then you could run into balls of paint flying into the 400's and such that could and most likly will break the skin a little. But if your playing at a paintball store or paying to play somewhere they should have a mandatory check of all guns before play and then u can feel alot safer about playing.
