Jimmy Carter probably made a worse president. Be grateful you weren't around for his campaign in 1976 and his presidency from 1977-1981. During that 4 year period, it truly looked like the USA was about to implode: 3 Mile Island, planes dropping out of the sky, the Iranian hostages and the disastrous rescue mission in April 1980. I can't go on, it's too painful.

I agree totally with Diblyhoo and Mmoconner's answers. President Bush has done a good job for our country. We should be proud to have him as a leader. The fact that he has a second winning election proves to us that he's doing good and people are trusted him.

President Bush is a decent and honorable man. He is unpopular because he really does speak truth to power. He has sacrificed his political career to do what is right for and give a last chance for democracy to the human beings of Iraq. We all condemn the polititians of the 1930's who ignored the threat of Hitler and his genocide of the Jews. Why can't we see that Bush is a hero for stepping into a similar situation now? Most Americans are racists for not believing that Iraqiis are worth fighting and dying for. George Bush believes that the Iraqi people are our brothers and our neighbors and are worth the sacrifice. Maybe you don't think they are worth it. It seems that most people don't.

I used to always think Jimmy Carter was, but he was just an incompetent peanut farmer. George Bush is criminally stupid.

FRY - Read the article - he was referencing the fact that there are no people in Iraq to lead them-
Mandella was jailed and not killed - we are lucky he survived to lead a peacful revolution in South Africa -
But anyone who was against Saddam was not just jailed but Killed - That is what Bush said - Saddam killed all the Mandellas.
Journalists who don't like Bush will write in a way to make it look bad for him - even if they need to twist things or leave things out of the articles -
Get smart and don't blame bush for some barely educated journalist - and Reuters won't even say who wrote the article - now that's taking credit for statements.
Too bad the President can't sue journalists who smear his name the way anyone else calls a laywer when they get hurt feelings...

No, he is not the most 'idiotic' president ever. His father was.
