These are the MAN rules somebody finally wrote them down for you all to see. This is what you're truly dealing with, all other beliefs are just DENIAL.........

1. Anything we said 6 months ago is inadmissible in an argument.
In fact, all comments become Null and void after 7 Days.

1. If you think you're fat, you probably are
Don't ask us.

1. If something we said can be interpreted two ways and one of the ways makes you sad or angry, we meant the other one

1. You can either ask us to do something
Or tell us how you want it done.
Not both.
If you already know best how to do it, just do it yourself.

1. Whenever possible, Please say whatever you have to say during commercials..

1. Christopher Columbus did NOT need directions and neither do we.

1. ALL men see in only 16 colors, like Windows default settings.
Peach, for example, is a fruit, not A color. Pumpkin is also a fruit. We have no idea what mauve is.

1. If it itches, it will be scratched.
We do that.

1. If we ask what is wrong and you say "nothing," We will act like nothing's wrong.
We know you are lying, but it is just not worth the hassle.

1. If you ask a question you don't want an answer to, Expect an answer you don't want to hear.

1. When we have to go somewhere, absolutely anything you wear is fine.. Really .

1. Don't ask us what we're thinking about unless you are prepared to discuss such topics as baseball
or golf.

1. You have enough clothes.

1. You have too many shoes.

1. I am in shape. Round IS a shape!

1. Thank you for reading this.

1. You will find a another girl! One who deserves you!!!!
2. Work on your grades. Achievement makes everyone feel better. We are geared that way. Getting better grades will make you like who you are more, because you are doing it for yourself and you get the direct rewards!! Good self esteem is important! 3. There is a bad pattern going on. You need to write down exactly how it makes you feel when he yells at you and talk about different ways to handle things that both of you can do. Example, when he is starting in on you, don't roll your eyes, etc. That drives parents crazy. PS---when you do #2 and he sees you are really trying, he will be less inclined to lecture you all the time!

Dads will always lecture. Sorry, he just cares about you. Well, Might as well get used to it.
Your grades will get better, I promise.
It doesn't seem like it right now, but there are other girls you will meet whom you will probably like better than this one.

But let's work on making you feel better;-)

what do you enjoy doing? Here, let's make this a bit easier for you...

RIght now, sit down and make a list of 10 things that are important to you.

Okay, now go through the list. Is there anything you can do right now? For instance, if family is important to you- can you call or talk to someone in your family just to see how they are doing? that's right, see how they are doing. Take the focus off of yourself and make someone else feel important and cared for.

I think the list making makes me feel good. When people are depressed it's like a cloud covering up our good feelings. The good feelings are still there, they are just covered up. The trick is to "remember" those good feelings by writing them down. You can list all the wonderful things you love about yourself and what you feel proud about. It can be big or very trivial, it doesn't matter, it's ALL good, and it's ALL about you.

Go into your room and shut the door and open your King James bible right in the middle and begin to read out loud.

Just hear the words of God in your ears and don't fret over not understanding them completely, just read them aloud and hear your self saying them.

Read until you feel your spirit lifted, or go back to it after you have slept if you get tired.

Do things for other people with out expecting anything in return. Treat others as you want to be treated. Be kind, caring, giving, sharing, tolerant, patient, understanding, be quick to forgive and slow to anger.

Do better in school, not for your dad, but for yourself. It is your future that depends on your school work now. There are a lot of girls for you to meet, if you are tied down to one what will you do when that better looking, nice one comes around?
