The first 2 are good but im looking for one and a reason why its so important to you. We are all Americans and I would die for each and every one of those rights stated in our bill of rights and the constitution. just which one is the most important one? which one empowers the people the most to decide for themselves?

ALL of them, minus the out of date 2nd amendment "right to bear arms nonsense." Our Forefathers could never have imagined automatic weapons in the hands of everyday citizens. The 2nd amendment was written at a time when the US was a new country and the people had to fear invasion from foreign forces and also had to fear the chance that a tyrannical government took control of the US. In either event, the American citizens would be allowed to take up arms against their oppressors. Since we have an army to prevent the former and you'd have to be insane to attempt the latter, the 2nd amendment needs to be removed from the Constitution. The genius of the Constitution is that it can be amended to change with the times. The time has come to make that change and remove the 2nd amendment. Our police and military should be the only ones who are armed. We need ZERO tolerance gun control and we need it now!

The financial situations wrote April 2: precisely how the FSB will impose international “consistency” – not to show demonstrate screen it – continues to be to be seen. The physique has no formal powers to impose something, much less regulate it. Australia’s The Age stocks an common sentiment: The talk board targets to “sell international financial stability”. ‘Frameworks”, “concepts” and conferences, as adversarial to complicated-edged regulations, are its inventory-in-commerce. “It has no enforcement ability. It has an encouragement function,” says Ian Ramsay, company regulation professional at Melbourne college. Its new projects contain advising on and monitoring regulation between its contributors, and partaking with the international financial Fund on “early-warning exercises” geared in the direction of scuffling with the subsequent financial disaster. yet will the recent FSB have tooth? “The language they use is reasonable, propose, strategic comments and collaboration.” finally, the Christian technology demonstrate screen editorial board weighs in with slightly bit sanity: "The G-20 did conform to coordinate each and every united states of america’s new regulations through a sparkling financial stability Board. yet all and sundry who’s ever held a job of “coordinator” is accustomed to there is not any authority in it."

The most important thing is that we are Americans and we have ALL of the Rights that being American entails.
Edit:
Although I am loath to say it, after much consideration I have to say the 2nd amendment. It guarantees all the others. Who wouldn't listen to the guy with the gun? Freedom of speech was going to be my first choice, but I wanted to really think about it and not give a canned response.
....I feel like I need a shower...lol
I just changed my opinion about the second amendment because you forced me to think harder about it. Thank you.

The right to bear arms clearly. Any time a government disarms their people a free society has ended. That's why the elite is waiting to the very end to take that away from us.

wow that's a toughie! I'm gonna go with (if I can) the first ten, so the bill of rights. If I had to narrow from there I'd probably say our first amendment free speech rights.

Freedom of speech. Why do you think the neoconservatives hat it so much? The ability to dissent--to challenge, criticize, and question the government is the single thing tyrants fear most.

I have to say the right to free speech (including freedom of the press, etc.).
That ensures that we can work for all of the other rights.
