well if you like him great!!! but act cool... if you don't like him, be nice but let him know that it was a misunderstanding.

happened to me twice already this year! i can totally relate. Since he knows now he'll probably just look at u.... and smile...
wat i do is just act cool around the guy i like and hope he likes me back

Your friend probably thinks he/shes helping you. I know how you feel my friends do that to. Your friends have to understand that is YOUR secret and that it should be kept unless they over her the guy say he likes you. Usually i just deny that i like them. Unless you think they might say yes. If they say no then just move on.
