NO! I have tried to do it and it makes me feel like I cant breath. I fall asleep in the fetal position and wake up in the star position.

Not really. Usually I sleep on my sides and on my back. Its really uncomfortable sleeping on my stomach but sometimes I end up on it anyways.

I sleep on my stomach with my head to the right and my right arm under my pillow.

no, it's too uncomfortable to me. I favor my left side!!! My older sister loves to sleep on her stomach and so does my 9 yr old daughter
